I'm Heny — a qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach, currently based in Mallorca. I'm 47, a single mum of two teenagers, and I know exactly what it feels like to be time-poor, hormonally shifting, and frustrated that your old approach to fitness has stopped working.

I spent years working with women 1:1 and watched the same pattern repeat: they were training hard but training wrong for this stage of life. When I shifted their focus to strength training and smarter nutrition, everything changed — energy, body composition, confidence, mindset.
